At Zero Bad Days, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we handle returns and exchanges a little differently than mass-produced products.

 

Please read below before purchasing.

 

All of our apparel is printed and produced on demand after an order is placed. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered.


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order appears lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out and we’ll help track it down or resolve the issue.


REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the issue is confirmed.
